FREE shipping on all orders Australia wide
All orders are sent via Australia Post using an express post bag with comprehensive tracking. All styles are hand made to order within of 3-5 business days. As soon as your garments have been made, your parcel will be express posted for overnight delivery (24hr delivery applies to metropolitan areas only).
Parcels will be delivered between Mon-Fri with no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and the package will be delivered to your local post office for collection.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be charged a $25 flat rate shipping fee
All styles are hand made to order within 3-5 business days. Goods will then be sent via Registered Air Mail. Please allow 10-14 business days for your parcel to arrive. This time frame may vary depending on your location. Please note the prices of the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties, taxes or custom charges that you may incur from making a purchase with Saroka. All international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Saroka will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.
At Saroka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you are not happy, you are more than WELCOME TO AN EXCHANGE OR FULL REFUND for full price and sale merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your item must match the below conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed and left in the original packaging with all swing tags attached.
- Returned within 10 days of purchase for Australian customers
- Returned within 14 days of purchase for International customers
- Package must include a reference of your returns authorisation number obtained from our team via email

Parcels are to be SENT BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS from the date of receipt. If 10 days is exceeded unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are concerned about getting your parcel back to us within 10 days, please contact us ASAP to discuss the matter.
Parcels are to be SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt (give and take a few extra days for international shipping delays.) If 14 days is well exceeded unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To avoid this happening, we recommend that you send us an email at: email@example.com to notify to us that your parcel has just been dispatched. This way we have a record of your return being sent within 14 days of receipt. If you are concerned about getting your parcel back to us within 14 days, please contact us ASAP to discuss the matter.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email confirming the safe arrival of your parcel and the approval of your refund. If you're refund is approved, the funds will be processed back onto your credit card/original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for this transaction to appear in your account.
If your goods are faulty or you simply require an exchange for an alternative size or different style all together, then please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the exchange details or include a note in your parcel, clearly outlining the new style name, size and colour. Exchange postage for Australian customers is free of charge. International customers will incur a $25 shipping fee.
You will be responsible for the cost of your return shipping, unless the item is of course faulty. Please contact email@example.com regarding the postage cost of returning a faulty item. We suggest you purchase tracking/ insurance for your parcel, so you have access to tracking just in case the parcel goes to the wrong address or ends up missing. Saroka will not be responsible for return parcels going missing, this is the sole responsibility of the customer and all issues need to be followed up with your postage service/ courier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
