1. You have a background in Industrial Design, what made you transition into the blogging sphere and how did Felix & Scott come about?
Felix and Scott, started about two years ago, after I finished my Bachelor at University, as it was a way of turning my creative side into something enjoyable for me, while I explored other avenues for work. I now work as a Flight Attendant full time and run Felix And Scott in my down time, which works for well for me at the moment. I originally had a blog throughout school and University but it was as a hobby, and I am always thankful for that, as I learnt so so much about blogging as five years ago, blogging was just coming into the world as an actual career. I got to the point, where I was gaining interest from some incredible people and started to see how I could create a business out of it, so I started again, changed my name, created a website and grew Felix And Scott. The name, don't ask me where I got it from, it just sounded right at the time, as they were two names I had for my future pets, which living in an apartment doesn't allow, but I think I have definitely grown into the name. For me now, Felix And Scott, is about my brand and how I want to represent my brand. Felix means 'luck and success', which is what I hope for my blog and Scott means 'wanderer' which shows the ever-changing side of me.

2. All of your outfits are incredible! What are your three
non-negotiables when it comes to putting together a look?
I wish I had set rules or a certain look, but my style always changes. I guess though when putting together a look, I always make sure I feel great, so I would never leave the house if my outfit just isn't making me feel good about myself. We all have those days, where one day that new dress we've bought looks amazing, and the next it just doesn't sit right, so it's all about that specific day and what I feel when I put an outfit on. Jewellery is a big one for me, I never leave the house without at least one piece of jewellery, even if it's just a ring, or a small necklace, it always ties together a look. Third non negotiable, would be comfort. I do wear uncomfortable shoes and tight pants from time to time, but I always leave the house comfortable. I feel like nowadays, it's so easy to team your outfit with sneakers or a great pair of loafers, or a pair of block heels, it's all about comfort and never about 'well that makes me look best but I can't breathe.'

3. Not only is your news feed filled with fashion but so many gram worthy meals, tell us what are your top three fave eating spots in Melbourne?
Ooh, it's so hard to choose! I moved to Melbourne nine months ago now and I haven't even made a dent in the eating scene in Melbourne, there are just so many places opening all the time. From all the places I have been, favourite is Code Black in Brunswick, it's our local so it's great just to be able to walk to get a great coffee, especially because they are a coffee roasters and every morning we wake up to the smell of roasting coffee. A must visit in Melbourne is Lune Croissant. I have never had a Croissant that is anywhere near as good as theirs. The owner actually went to University with my boyfriend to study Aerospace engineering, so talk about a great career change, because she is killing it. If you get the chance, they have a tasting every month I think, where you purchase tickets (be quick, they sell out) for a sit down three course Croissant centred meal, with the pastry chefs give complete creative control over what is served, so it always different and always incredible. Mob Camberwell is also one of my favourites, it's hidden in the back of Camberwell, so it's super easy to relax and take time out, with some amazing food and coffee. I also just recently added an EAT section to felixandscott.com (go check it out) with a few of my all time favourites.
